Hello ^_^ This tumblr is for the words & feelings I don't want people to know I have. The words, feelings & thoughts I hide from people. Just a hidden tumblr about things, things irrelevant. Things just sorta important to me.


It's just to get things out or random crap.


However read or don't read.

I'm trying to get strong, healthy and in shape. Also I'm sorta clumsy and can be a tad awkward. I dislike telling people how I'm actually feelings so I put it on tumblr.


I hope to gain more confidence through the year and actually get things done right

Make your salad interesting! Add a variety of ingredients to spice it up. Who says that a salad must only have vegetables? In fact, that’s a misconception that plenty of people have. Whenever someone mentions salad, the first thought is, “eww.. veggies, yuck!”. But hey, you can add fruits like apples, pears, oranges, peaches to it, add meat like steamed or grilled chicken breast, smoked salmon, etc. You can even add different kinds of veggies like corn, french beans, tomatoes. 
Besides, you don’t always have to add salad sauces if you’re afraid of the calories intake and in fact, yes, it is only of the most dreadful thing/main reason why you can be eating salads for every meal but still gain weight, the oh so innocent looking but deadly salad sauces. You can instead add freshly squeezed fruit juice like apple juice, pear juice, orange juice in it with the pulp. It sweetens/flavors your salad and it can surprise you with a incredible taste as well. It will be an interesting experience for sure. You can also add nuts like raisins, cranberries, walnuts, almonds, etc. 
So, do you still think a salad is just plain vegetables? Think again!
